PSA - Petrosetco Assets Management Joint Stock Company

Petrosetco Assets Management joint stock company (PSA) is a member of PetroVietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO). With a professional, dynamic staff, youthful, experienced and enthusiastic leadership, PSA has become a reputable company and continuouslly meet the increasing needs of customers.

HISTORY

From Nov 2007 to May 2008 PSA is directly under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
From June 2008 to April 2009 Being merged into Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) – a subsidiary ofVietnam Oil and Gas Group.
September 2009: was transferred to PetroVietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO).
In January 2011 changed to joint stock firm with name “Petrovietnam Assets Management Joint Stock Company”.
In May 2011, changed the English business name to Petrosetco Assets Management JSC (PSA).
In August 2013 PSA was appoined by PetroVietnam to manage Residential and Service Complex at Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa of PetroVietnam.
From 2014 up to now: PSA has become a strong brand in the field of real estate management - operation - exploitation. PSA is constantly expanding its market in the North-Central-South region, successfully bidding and providing services in many large projects owned by economic groups as well as other public and private agencies such as the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam Electricity, Vietnam Development Bank, Banking Data Center and National Payment Center, Vietnam Maritime Bank, Hoang Ha Group, Co. Kinh Do Hotel Ltd., MIK HOME Real Estate Trading Co., Ltd… and many other projects and customers.

CThird-class Labor Medal of the State President for outstanding achievements at work from 2011 to 2015.
Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for achievements at work from 2009 to 2011.
PSA has been recognized as National Brand by the National Brand Council and the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the field of providing Real Estate Management services for 3 consecutive periods from 2016 to 2018 and 2020.

PSA’s main functions are providing property management service for office buildings, residentials and supplying Catering ... With advantages of professional staff, managagement experiences, PSA keeps improving service quality to best serve customers in and outside PetroVietnam

In addition, PSA also provides transport services, maintenance services for automobiles; assets leasing; cleaning services, etc. In term of transportation PSA owns a modern vehicles fleet with professional drivers in order to provide the best transportation services for customers.
