PSMT - Mien Trung Petroleum Services and Trading Joint Stock Company

Mien Trung Petroleum Services and Trading Joint Stock Company (PSMT) belongs to Petrosetco Corporation, which is a member of PetroVietnam.

HISTORY

In Jan 2008 Quang Ngai Petroleum General Services Company Limited was established by merging Quang Ngai Branch of Petrosetco and PetroVietnam Song Tra Joint-Venture Company.
In 2010 Quang Ngai Petroleum General Services Company Limited change its name to Mien Trung Petroleum General Services Company Limited.
In Aug 2010, started distributing liquified gas LPG of Dung Quat Oil Refinery plant.
In Sep 2010, received the certificate of systematic food safety quality control in HACCP standard.
In Dec 2010, ran the LPG storing tanks and charging stations, released the PET-GAS gas can product in Quang Ngai and neighboring areas.
In Jan 2011 the name was changed to Mien Trung Petroleum Services and Trading Joint Stock Company.
July 2015: Receiving and transforming Petroleum Industry Raw Material Distribution Company (PIMD) under PetroVietnam General Services Corporation into the model of Petroleum Industry Raw Material Distribution Branch (PIMD) belonging to Central Oil and Gas Trading Service Joint Stock Company.
May 2016: Receiving the transfer of 100% of the contributed capital of Anh Trung Industry Co., Ltd including Nha Trang LPG filling station and head office at Lot E7 Dac Loc Industrial Cluster - Nha Trang City - Khanh Hoa province and converting into Nha Trang Petroleum Service Trading Company Limited owned by Central Oil and Gas Service Trading Joint Stock Company.
January 2019: Establishing the Western Petroleum Fuel Branch at National Highway 80, Vinh Qui Hamlet, Vinh Trinh Commune, Vinh Thanh District, Can Tho City.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Being awarded “Best Three-Star Hotel in Vietnam in 2008” by Vietnam Tourism Association for Petro Song Tra Hotel from 2008 to 2011.
Being awarded Certificate of Merit for contribution to community development in 2008 by People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province.
Received Certificate of merit from Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee for outstanding performance in the construction of Dung Quat oil refinery in 2009.
Being awarded Certificate of Merit for contribution to the development of Quang Ngai tourism by Quang Ngai’s Culture, Sport & Tourism Department.
Received Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2010.
Received Merit of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for PSMT and excellent personnel in 2009, 2010.
Received Certificate of Merit from PetroVietnam from 2007 to 2012.
Received Certificate of merit from PETROSETCO for the Team with Outstanding Performance from 2007 to 2012.
The Third Class Labor Medal (Decision No. 915/QD-CTN dated June 15, 2011).
The Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister (Decision No. 896/QD-CP dated June 9, 2011) for outstanding achievements at work from 2008 to 2010 and contributing to building socialism and protecting the country.

BUSINESS

PSMT's core business is distribution of Plastic Polypropylene (PP) resins and Polyester stable fiber and supply of LPG, with PET-GAS brand, in central provinces and central highland regions.
