Petrosetco – PSL and Orion Joint Venture sign a framework contract to provide Project Management Support Services (PMSS) with the operator of the Block B Gas Project – Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC)

On the afternoon of May 17, 2023, PSL-Orion Company, a member of PETROSETCO, directly signed a contract to provide Project Management Support Services (PMSS) with the operator of the Block B Gas Project – Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC) in Ho Chi Minh City. Attending the event were Mr. Phung Tuan Ha - Chairman of the BOD of PETROSETCO Corporation and Chairman of BOD of PetroVietnam Logistics Services Joint Stock Company (PSL Vietnam), the Board of Directors of PQPOC Operator, and representatives of participating contractors.
   
The signing of the Framework Contract for the Delivery of Project Management Support Services (PMSS) is one of the important and prerequisite steps in the preparation and implementation of the Block B Gas Project. The total value of the framework contracts is over 50 million USD for the life of the Project when it comes into operation. The PSL-Orion joint venture will provide senior personnel and related services to serve the Block B gas project. The service covers the territories of Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and South Korea.
