On October 25th 2019, PETROSETCO organized a meeting with the theme "Weekend Coffee - Connect - Share - Learn" with the participation of PETROSETCO leaders and heads of divisions.
At this sharing and learning meeting, the message "Success from failure" was delivered by Chairman Phung Tuan Ha and the guest - Mr. Vu Manh Hung - Chairman, CEO of Hung Nhon Group (Multidisciplinary business group in the field of high-tech agriculture) – giving out from practical experiences in the process of establishment, overcoming difficulties and leading his corporation to achieve successes today.
During the meeting, stories about cooperating experiences with foreign partners, investment orientation, human resource management, and Mr.Hung’s experience of “keeping fire” in his family were shared in a very intimate and honest-to-goodness way, abridged by Chairman of PETROSETCO in a witty manner. Through questions from the attendees to Mr Hung and Mr Ha, it has become a very helpful and relaxing session, thereby imparting more practical experiences for each individual in either their career or living way
In addition to the purpose of exchanging and sharing experiences, the suitability, understanding and empathy in business orientation as well as management styles are also believed to lead to the possibility of cooperation between two companies in the near future.
