Starting her first job in oil and gas industry since August 1994, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Diep has been holding important occupations in different subsidiaries of Petrovietnam.
Capable of working in many different professional fields (Accounting, Commercial, Human Resourse, Office Management, Logistics...), in 2006 she was appointed to be in charge of starting up the new business segment "Property management services" of the Company. In March 2007, she was appointed as Deputy Director of Petroleum Offshore Trading & Service Co. Ltd. Since October 2010, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Diep has held the position of Vice General Director of Petrovietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO).
Regarding her education, Ms. Diep has taken a Master degree of Business and Marketing Management from Solvay Business School (Université libre de Bruxelles).
With her contribution for the Industry, Mrs. Pham Thi Hong Diep was awarded third-class Labor Medal in 2013; the merit of the Prime Minister in 2008. She also achieved the title Emulation Fighter of Industry and Trade Ministry in 2006-2008 and 2012; Certificate of Merit by Industry and Trade Ministry in 2009, 2010; Petrovietnam Outstanding Entrepreneur and Young Manager in 2012.
